The Role n
As an
Enrolled Nurse
, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.
What You'll Do n
n
Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care
n
Monitor,



assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
n
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
n
Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
n
Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes
n
About You n
n
Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Passion for delivering quality aged care
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
n
Flexible availability across AM, PM and Night Duty shifts
n
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, is highly regarded
n
