nWe're looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships, providing practical advice and supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle. You'll work as part of a collaborative corporate HR team and play a key role in delivering consistent, compliant and people‐focused HR support.n
What you'll be doing

Partnering with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across performance, employee relations and workplace matters
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
n
Assisting with investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
n
Preparing contracts, variations and employee documentation
n
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards and internal policies
n
Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and workforce reporting
n
Promoting safe, inclusive and psychologically healthy workplaces
n




Building trusted relationships with employees and managers across multiple business units
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or generalist HR role
n
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
n
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards
n
Experience across recruitment, onboarding, ER and performance management
n
Confident communication skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders
n
High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights
n
