Job Description
The Y Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager for South Gippsland SPLASH in Leongatha, a casual position with delegated authority to run the centre during shifts. You will maintain knowledge of programs, lead staff, and uphold safety standards for all users.

Essential lifeguard qualifications include Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Cert, CPR, and First Aid. The role offers flexible rostering, great team culture, and access to Y advantages across Victoria.
