The Opportunity n
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional visual craft with strong product thinking.
n
You'll own key areas of the product from discovery through to delivery, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to create experiences that are both beautiful and highly functional.
n
This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product direction and delivering polished experiences that customers genuinely love.
What You'll Be Doing n

Own product initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
n
n
Design elegant solutions for complex user workflows.
n
n
Evolve and maintain a scalable design system.
n
n
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard.
n
n
Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful product improvements.
n
n
Balance exceptional visual craft with pragmatic product delivery.
n
n
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to influence product strategy and prioritisation.
n
n
Champion design quality across the product.
n
About You n
You'll ideally bring:

8+ years' experience designing SaaS, B2B or product-led digital platforms.
n
n
A portfolio showcasing shipped products and end-to-end ownership.
n
n
Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
n
n
Experience designing scalable design systems and component libraries.
n
n
Excellent product thinking and user-centred design skills.
n
n
Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
n
n
Confidence working alongside engineers with an understanding of front-end development principles.
n
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
A proactive, high-agency mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
