Functions Supervisor
to support oversee the seamless delivery of a wide range of events.

The Role n
As a Functions Supervisor, you will support the Functions Manager in being responsible for clients and the driving force behind the success of each event. This is a hands‐on leadership role where professionalism, initiative, and strong organisational skills are essential.
About the role: n




Coordinate and manage all aspects of events
n
Liaise with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining high service standards
n
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to deliver seamless events
n
Manage event logistics, staff rostering, and post-event reporting
n
Deliver memorable guest experiences that keep clients coming back
What we're looking for: n
2+ years experience in a similar role within hotels, venues, or high‐end hospitality
n
Natural leadership and the ability to manage multiple events at once
n
A solid background in function coordination and event operations
n
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
n
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
