The Role
n
nSupporting our Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with a small team to manage a large portfolio of clients across permanent and temporary recruitment. n
nYour main responsibilities include but are not limited to:n
n
n
Collect recruitment briefs from the Recruitment Manager and clients
n




Resource a high quality of candidates across an array of permanent and temporary positions
n
Submit and discuss shortlisted candidates with clients
n
Write job adverts, conduct phone, MS Teams and face to face interviews
n
Coordinate interviews, references and background checks
n
Visit the offices of new and existing clients with the Recruitment Manager
n
Negotiate and influence salary expectations and offers to candidates
n
Assist with filling short term temporary roles
n
Optimise alternative recruitment strategies eg. Headhunt through Seek, LinkedIn and our referral program
n
Assist with the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
n
Administer the recruitment system (JobAdder)
n
Provide recruitment support to the wider recruitment team
n
n
What you need to succeed?
n
n
n
Proven experience in
recruitment/agency/internal/HR
experience – but it's really going to be your personality, energy and drive that sets you apart!
n
Qualifications in
HR/Business/Marketing
or a related field will be highly regarded, but definitely not essential
n
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment – desirable, but not essential
n
Ability to be agile, organised and juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
n
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills – you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
n
Someone who takes ownership, is accountable for their work and is honest and upfront – even when things don't go to plan
n
