Salary: Up to $204,099 pro-rata + benefits

About the Role
n
This role offers early career doctors a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across rural and remote settings. You will rotate through emergency, inpatient, and community care, managing diverse cases while building strong generalist skills. Working within supportive multidisciplinary teams, you'll develop confidence, adaptability, and cultural capability, particularly in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver care across emergency, inpatient, and community settings
n
Participate in rotational placements across multiple facilities
n
Engage in culturally responsive, patient-centred care
n
Contribute to telehealth, education, and quality improvement activities
n
Participate in on-call and rostered shifts
n
n
Essential Criteria
n
n




Medical degree and eligibility for registration in Australia
n
Relevant clinical experience (RMO/PHO level)
n
Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
Willingness to work across rural/remote locations
n
C Class driver's licence
n
Ability to meet vaccination and pre-employment requirements
n
