Become a crucial part of enriching the lives of older people while enabling them to maintain their independence at home.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Domestic duties to maintain a comfortable living environment.
n
Social support and transport for appointments and activities.
n
Personal care to promote well-being and independence.
n
Supporting clients in doing what they love and maintaining their interests.
n
Monitoring the health of older people and promptly reporting any changes to ensure their safety.
n
n
What you need to be successful in this position:
n
n
Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) with at least 1 years experience
n
Passion for providing compassionate care and promoting independence.
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
Reliability, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
n
Full Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle.
n
Current Police Clearance (less than 12months) and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID Vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination
