nI'm partnering with a leading ASX brand in recruiter for their next AP Officer. The role will start out as a 3-6 months temporary contract with genuine potential to go permanent. n
nThis will suit junior candidates with 1 to 3 years experience who has a good foundation in accounts payable and looking to further enhance skills in a big, multinational and progressive environment. n
nYou bring your drive and eagerness to learn, they will provide the right environment and the proper training!n
n About the role
n
nAs the AP Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:n
n
n
Management of supplier master data
n
Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
n
Ensure proper documentation and records of all invoices
n
Reviewing and reconciling statements
n
Handling vendor queries and effective vendor communication
n
Assisting with ad hoc reporting for the AP Manager
n
Reconciliation of creditors balance against supplier statements
n




Processing Forex Payments and currency variance clearance
n
Other ad hoc duties as required
n
n
About you
n
nTo become a successful member of the finance team, you will have the following skills and attributes:n
n n
n
n
1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles
n
Highly motivated, self-directed, and pro-active toward
n
Solid written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to meet deadlines
n
Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
n
High attention to detail
n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
n
Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
n
Experience with processing multi–Foreign Currencies transactions is advantageous
n
