About the Role
n
Due to a number of clients who require a male practitioner we are seeking male
Registered
Behaviour Support Practitioners who are ready to take the next step – either in a
contractor capacity
or as a
permanent team member
(if you're ready to settle into a home that values you).
n




You'll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists – all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.

Key bits of the role:

Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
n
Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
n
Engage in case discussions and collaborative planning (we love ideas!).
n
Use your voice in shaping how behaviour support
should
feel – practical, positive, and participant-first.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Current registration
as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework
n
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in working with / or has a background in Early Childhood.
n
Strong understanding of
Positive Behaviour Support
, trauma-informed practice, and restrictive practice legislation.
n
Excellent communication and documentation skills
n
