We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their
Somerton
team as an Internal Sales Trainee.
n

Over the course of this
24-month traineeship,
you'll gain hands-on experience while completing
a BSB***** Certificate III in Business
and
BSB***** Certificate IV in Leadership & Management
, all fully supported and paid for by your host employer.
n
As an Internal Sales Trainee, you'll be supported by experienced team members while learning all aspects of customer service, sales support, and branch operations.
n

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Processing customer orders and quotations
n
Following up outstanding orders and customer requests
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
Liaising with the procurement team to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
n
Providing product information and sales support to help customers identify suitable solutions
n
Supporting the sales team with customer requirements and day-to-day operations
n
Prioritising tasks and managing your workload effectively
n
Assisting customers to solve product and equipment-related issues
n
Supporting warehouse and store activities when required
n
Maintaining safe work practices and adhering to workplace health and safety requirements
n
n
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
n
n
Full-time paid traineeship
