Job Description
R J Sanderson & Associates Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant with high level of experience in handling company and trust accounts, to join our team in Corowa, NSW. As a qualified Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive taxation and accounting services to a diverse range of clients, with a focus on supporting the firm's strategic objectives and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing n
n
Preparing and lodging taxation returns for individuals, businesses and other entities
n
Providing tax planning and minimization strategies to clients
n
Conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports
n
Advising clients on a wide range of accounting and taxation matters
n
Collaborating with the broader team to deliver exceptional client service
n
Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards
n
Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements
n
What we're looking for n
n




Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification
n
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or taxation role
n
Strong technical knowledge of taxation and accounting principles, as well as relevant software such as XERO would be beneficial
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
Commitment to continuous learning and career development
