Skills & experience n
You will be an
Insolvency & Commercial Litigation lawyer at the Lawyer or Associate level (2-4 years' PAE).
Your recent role n
Will see the range of
commercial disputes
to include contractual breaches, tort claims, shareholder disputes, and partnership disagreements. The
insolvency and restructuring
component will see you advise clients, including creditors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners, on complex insolvency-related matters, including liquidation,
administration, and restructuring.

Also provide
strategic advice
on distressed business situations, including debt recovery, asset protection, and restructuring options, and draft documents such as winding-up petitions, bankruptcy petitions, and deeds of company arrangement.

Develop and execute litigation strategies
for clients in Supreme and Federal Court litigation; enjoy the values of integrity, efficiency, comradery and innovation; collaborate with senior partners and your Associate cohort; high profile and complex matters.
