IUSCA is seeking a Head of Colts & Pathways Athletic Development to lead the physical preparation for the Colts under-20 and emerging rugby pathway cohorts.
You will deliver speed, conditioning and strength programmes informed by athlete development needs and competitive demands.
You will collect and interpret GPS and athlete-load data, inform progression and coordinate rehabilitation with physiotherapy to support return to play and progression toward Grade rugby.
