part-time
(3-4 days per week), this is an opportunity to use your AN-ACC expertise and mentor the care team in documentation requirements at our

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of AN-ACC including assessment of new residents, identifying potential uplifts in a timely manner, applying for uplifts, managing DoH correspondence, coaching staff on assessment writing principles, providing orientation to ANACC assessors, generating reports etc.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience Needed n
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA (RN) registration
n




Recent experience as an ANACC/ACFI Coordinator or similar role (desirable)
n
Have a comprehensive working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model.
n
Excellent documentation skills and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
n
Sound computer skills and proficiency using a clinical documentation system
n
Willingness to learn and coach others
n
