Our client is a specialist welding and industrial gas supplier serving trade, fabrication, engineering, construction, and industrial customers across the Northern Territory, seeking a professional person to join their sales team in a Front Counter role.
The Opportunity:

Serve customers at the front counter
n
Handle counter and phone sales, enquiries and product requests
n
Process customer orders, sales transactions and quotations through SAP/Computer systems
n
Promote and upsell products
n
Develop and maintain robust relationships with trade, industrial and welding customers
n
Maintain accurate stock levels
n
Receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods
n
n
Requirements to fulfill the role:

Previous experience in customer service, including sales, and industry products
n
Good verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong customer service focus
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
n
Willingness to learn product range
n
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
n
Clean National Police Clearance
n
