The Balgownie Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager in Balgownie, NSW to help lead daily operations and guest experiences.
Base salary is $80,000 plus super, with a bonus scheme and group-wide discounts through the Endeavour Group network.
You will supervise a hospitality team, engage with locals, and ensure protected, energetic service while supporting the Publican.
RSA/RCG/ARCGas compliance is required, and physical tasks are part of the role.
