Kinexus is recruiting a Software Support Specialist to act as the technical SME for a containerised product recently deployed into the Defence Secret Network.
Based in Canberra, you will provide L2 and L3 support on client sites and liaise with Defence customers to drive improvements and upgrades.
You will be the face of Kinexus on-site, manage Defence relationships and deliver transparent technical documentation, while coordinating with product engineering on complex issues and testing activities.
