Your Role

nAs Store Manager, you'll lead from the front and take ownership of the boutique by:n

Inspiring & Developing:
Coach, mentor and empower your team to deliver exceptional styling experiences and achieve strong results.

Creating Beautiful Experiences:
Ensure every customer feels welcomed, confident and valued through genuine, personalised service.

Bringing the Brand to Life:
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and help create an inspiring new store environment.

Driving Performance:
Lead your team to achieve sales targets, celebrate success and build a positive, collaborative culture.

Leading the Change:
