Neptune Pacific, part of The Wonderful Company, is seeking a Sydney-based Customer Experience Coordinator for a six‐month fixed‐term contract to support import/export bookings, documentation and cargo movements.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will build relationships with customers and internal teams, manage bookings, prepare documentation, and help deliver an improved customer experience while complying with SOPs and safety requirements.
