to take the lead in a busy Fresh Produce department on one of WA's most iconic destinations.n

Your role

nYou'll take ownership of the Produce department and everything that makes a great fresh food operation tick.n
n
n From keeping the department looking its best to leading your team and driving results, you'll have real ownership and the opportunity to make your mark.n

nYou'll be responsible for:n

n
Leading, coaching and developing your team
n
Managing ordering, stock levels, rotation and waste
n
Driving sales, margins and department performance
n
Maintaining outstanding freshness, quality and presentation
n




Ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met
n
Creating a positive experience for both customers and your team
n
About you
n
n
nYou're an experienced
Produce or Fresh Food Manager
who knows how to keep a department running at its best.n
n
nYou'll bring:n
n
n
Previous Produce or Fresh Food leadership experience in a supermarket
n
Strong knowledge of fresh produce, stock control and merchandising
n
Experience leading and developing a team
n
Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales and margin targets
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
A hands-on approach and positive attitude
n
The ability to thrive in a busy retail environment
n
