Location: Wolseley, SA.
The Opportunity n
Provide technical leadership for South Australian rail construction delivery. This full time position uses a 10:4 DIDO roster and supports senior project and operations leadership with engineering, quality and delivery oversight.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate engineering and construction against safety, programme, budget and quality objectives.
n
Interpret designs and develop construction methods and risk controls.
n
Manage inspection, testing, audits and non-conformance resolution.
n
Support procurement, estimates, budgets and subcontract administration.
n
Coach project staff and improve delivery processes.
n
Coordinate stakeholder reporting and rail safety and environmental compliance.
n
RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n




An Engineering bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
n
Membership or eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia.
n
At least five years of rail engineering experience.
n
At least three years developing and managing project schedules.
n
Successful experience in comparable project or business operations management.
n
Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and identify business opportunities.
n
