4titude is seeking a casual Social Inclusion Officer to work around Frenches Forest and Sydney's Northern Beaches.
You'll deliver 1:1 and small-group community access supports that link directly to each participant's NDIS goals.
You'll plan sessions, observe progress, and adapt activities in real time while travelling across community settings.
Experience with disability, WWCC/NDIS checks, and a calm, respectful approach are essential.
