About the Role
Our Northern Ops People and Culture Team is currently recruiting an
experienced HR professional
to join our Hemmant Cold Stores team as a
HR Business Partner
.
Reporting directly to the General Manager P&C; Northern, with a dotted line to the Hemmant Cold Store Operations Manager, you will be a
trusted partner
to the Cold Stores leadership team, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance, building workforce capability and employee engagement.
Working within a agile operational environment, this role provides proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle balancing both strategic people initiatives and with hands-on operation requirements.
About You
Tertiary or Diploma qualifications in HR or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor or equivalent role
Proven experience supporting operational leaders within manufacturing, processing, logistics or industrial environments
Experience operating as a standalone or site-base HR professional highly regarded
Strong ability to build credibility and establish trusted relationships with operational leaders and frontline employees
Demonstrated capability to influence decision-making and challenge constructively where required
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
