You will handle Level 2/3 troubleshooting, focusing on Windows *****, Intune, cloud services, and app support.
The role requires 5+ years in desktop support, robust client communication, and the ability to work with multiple technical groups to resolve issues quickly.
Must be adept at remote fixes and documentation.
