Wellways Launceston is seeking a Team Leader to oversee day-to-day service delivery for the Wellways to Recovery Team in Launceston, TAS.
You will ensure high-quality, person-centred services in line with contracts and legislative requirements, while supporting staff capability and addressing operational issues.
You will manage rosters and workflow, hold a small caseload as needed, and build solid relationships with participants, carers and local providers.
