An established Australian business specialising in the design, manufacture and distribution of products across heating, refrigeration, plumbing and gas solutions is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to a supportive Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, organisation and efficiency across warehouse operations, helping maintain smooth workflows and deliver reliable service to customers.

Responsibilities
Processing customer orders and accurately entering data into internal systems.
Preparing and processing invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate
Preparing and managing export documentation to support shipments.
Applying labels to ensure products and orders are correctly identified.




Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team and assisting with day-to-day operational requirements.
Liaising with internal teams to support the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse and distribution activities.
About you
Previous administration experience is essential, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
Previous exposure to warehouse operations is essential, with an understanding of order processing and associated documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
A positive, reliable and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support the wider team and assist where required.
