Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with our members.

Understand and anticipate customer needs to ensure consistent satisfaction.
n
Show cultural sensitivity and foster meaningful connections with diverse customers.
n
Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills And Experiences
n
n
n
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
n
n
Extensive customer service experience, preferably within a club, hospitality, gaming or membership environment.
n
Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
n
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers.
n
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage with members.
n
Experience managing difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
n
Strong sales,



promotional and member engagement skills.
n
Proficiency in either Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Korean (highly desirable).
n
Current RSA and RCG certifications.
n
Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
n
