OVERVIEW Greenwich English College is seeking a Student Services Officer to support international students at the Sydney campus.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality student services, responding to enquiries, and supporting a positive student experience across the education journey.

Key responsibilities
Provide frontline support to students and respond to enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care
Collaborate with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to support smooth student experiences
Support a service-focused and solution-oriented approach within student services
Handle student concerns with empathy and cultural sensitivity
Develop knowledge of the student lifecycle and administration processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance student satisfaction
Requirements
Experience in client services, ideally within international education




Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using digital tools or willingness to learn
Interest in improving processes and supporting services
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when working with international students
