The Role
n
You will assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house and land sales.
n
Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
n
Provide support with the day to day sales based activities
n
Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM
n
Open and close the sales offices and ensure the office is immaculately maintained and presented
n
Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures,



price lists and master plans
n
n
About You
n
A desire and passion to work within the Property industry
n
Excited to work in a rapid pace environment
n
A superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presented
n
A positive and energetic attitude.
n

Qualifications:
n
Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
n
Available to work weekends
n
Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply!)
