Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware faults

Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining hardware and peripheral equipment

Providing technical assistance and advice to customers

Qualification & experience
n

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hardware support, diagnostics or repairs
n
A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
