The Prospect n
Take a senior commercial role on an integrated station and infrastructure development in Parramatta. Partner with project leadership to administer contracts, improve commercial performance and guide junior team members.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Manage head-contract and subcontract correspondence, notices, claims, payments, variations and time extensions.
n
Support package procurement, negotiations and commercial reviews.
n
Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports that inform project decisions.
n
Assess contractual and financial risks and resolve commercial issues.
n
Build effective client and supplier relationships and mentor junior commercial staff.
n




Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements n
n
A bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
n
At least seven years in construction contract administration or commercial management.
n
Experience with building, civil or infrastructure contracts and subcontract packages.
n
Strong knowledge of Australian construction contracts and procurement.
n
Effective negotiation, analysis, prioritisation and stakeholder communication.
n
