The Role
n
This is a highly relationship-driven and commercial role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
n
You'll be encouraged to get out into the market, meet people, attend events and create opportunities rather than simply recruit from behind a desk.
n
You will:

n Manage the end-to-end recruitment process,



from sourcing and interviewing through to placement.
n
n Build trusted relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.
n
n Develop and nurture existing BROOK client relationships.
n
n Identify recent business opportunities and build your own professional network.
n
n Meet with clients and take a consultative approach to understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
n
n Attend networking events, client meetings and BROOK events.
n
n Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience from beginning to end.
n
n Contribute to the continued growth and success of BROOK.
n
n
What We're Looking For
