About the Role n
We are seeking
caring, reliable and motivated Catering Staff
to join our team and help deliver quality meals and a positive dining experience for our residents.
n
Every meal you help prepare and serve plays an important role in our residents' day, providing comfort, connection and enjoyment.
n
No previous experience? No problem!
If you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine care for others, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Assist with meal preparation, plating and service to residents.
n
n




Deliver meals in a friendly, respectful and skilled manner.
n
n
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen and dining environment.
n
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
n
Assist with stock management and work collaboratively with the Catering Team to provide a positive dining experience.
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and enjoys working as part of a team. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to providing quality service and making a difference in the lives of older Australians.

To be successful, you will have:

A caring, friendly and respectful approach to working with older people.
n
n
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
n
n
Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
n
n
Availability to work weekends.
n
n
Willingness to obtain a Level 1 Food Safety Certificate.
n
n
Previous hospitality, food service or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
n
n
Full Australian working rights. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
n
n
A valid and clear National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n
n
Not be subject to a banning order under the Aged Care Act.
