About the opportunity

Join a large, well-established Melbourne organisation as it prepares for the go-live of a major new enterprise equipment registry system
n
Work closely with the vendor and project team through the final stretch of implementation and into hypercare
n
A hands-on role at the centre of a genuinely cross-functional rollout, spanning IT, operations and frontline system users
n
Melbourne based, with the flexibility to work across a small number of sites
n
Initial 3 month engagement with immediate start
n
The role

Support go-live readiness activities and planning across the final weeks of implementation
n
Work directly with the vendor and project team to resolve outstanding issues and actions
n
Support user acceptance testing, including test execution, defect identification and tracking through to resolution
n




Help build the operational support model and documentation needed to move from project delivery into business-as-usual
n
Act as a dedicated point of contact for system users during onboarding and the post go-live hypercare period
n
What you'll bring

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proficiency in software configuration, database management and system integration
n
Demonstrated experience training others in processes and systems
n
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing external vendors
n
Excellent problem-solving skills
n
