We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in providing exceptional coffee service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, and providing excellent customer service.

Skills:

1. Proficient in espresso machine operation
n
2. Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
n
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
4. Excellent customer service skills
n
5. Solid attention to detail
n
6. Good communication skills
n
Responsibilities:
n
1. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages according to customer orders
n
2.



Ensure cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area at all times
n
3. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and processing payments
n
4. Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
n
5.. Assist with training new baristas as needed
n
Qualifications:
n
1.. Previous experience as a barista preferred
n
2.. Familiarity with specialty coffee drinks
n
3.. Food safety certification is a plus
n
4.. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
n
5.. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
n
