n As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you will drive commercial growth and partnerships, expand market reach, and secure new business opportunities for the organisation's products and services.n

n Key responsibilitiesn

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
n
Identify and evaluate recent market opportunities, customer segments, and product/service offerings
n
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients, partners, and stakeholders
n
Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements and contracts
n
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
n
Drive commercial sales initiatives and campaigns to meet revenue targets
n
Prepare regular reports on commercial business development activities and performance.

Proven experience in commercial business development, preferably in the tyre industry
n
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
n
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
n
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market trends

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
n
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
