We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Talent Acquisition Officer
to support recruitment activities within a local council in Melbourne's south-west.n
nThis role involves:n
n
n
Coordinating recruitment processes from advertising through to offer and onboarding
n
Supporting candidate screening, interviews, employment checks and recruitment compliance
n
Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems
n
Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and support their recruitment needs
n
Providing explicit and timely communication throughout the candidate journey
n
Building positive relationships with candidates,



hiring managers and stakeholders
n
Managing competing priorities while delivering a high level of customer service
n
We are open to candidates with previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, as well as those with strong administration, customer service or stakeholder engagement backgrounds who are keen to develop a career in recruitment.n
Experience within local government or using recruitment systems such as PageUp will be highly regarded.
