Job Description
FB Rice is seeking a Patent Assistant to join our Chemistry team in Melbourne for a full-time ongoing role. You will handle complex administration, work with IP Australia and NZ IP Offices databases, and support attorneys with filing, invoicing and calendar management.

The ideal candidate has IP firm experience of 3+ years, excellent communication, robust organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
