• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on and privileged access management controls.
• Review security policies, access procedures and technical configurations to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Support cybersecurity audits, access compliance reviews and the collection of evidence required for internal and external assessments.
• Assist with reviewing security events and potential vulnerabilities within relevant systems, documenting findings and escalating risks where necessary.
• Work with IT infrastructure and support teams to resolve security issues involving Active Directory, cloud identity platforms, servers and enterprise applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, knowledge articles and recommendations relating to cybersecurity operations.
• Contribute to security remediation activities, process improvements and the ongoing strengthening of organisational security controls.

• Knowledge of security policies, audit requirements, access reviews and security documentation.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, directory services and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders and clients.
