Job Description
Simonds is seeking a BIM Specialist to lead the national migration from ArchiCAD/AutoCAD to Revit. You will own the Revit setting, templates and content library, driving consistency and production readiness across the Masters portfolio.

You will collaborate with multiple teams nationwide, embedding best-practice BIM standards and pursuing automation to improve efficiency in design, documentation and delivery of homes.
