· Nice to Have Skills:

· Life cycle of Incidents
n associated with EUC equipment and EUC software, and provide break/fix
n support, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users.

· Incident handling (P1/P2
n issues) and Proxy clustering and Slow browsing issues, URL filtering (block/allow
n websites)
n
· Coordinate with Customers'




n vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g., Hardware Vendor technicians
n for warranty repair/replacement
n
· Replace equipment and/or
n software in order to conduct a repair, support the Authorized User by copying
n data, performing backups and restoring data and backups to the replacement
n EUC device
n
· Operational support for
n certified Network Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers /
n Tag Printers using proxy network
n
· Loading/Reloading of PCs with
n Customer standard image for deployment.

· operational support for
n disaster recovery and BCP emergency response activities in the event of
n emergency situations and annual testing requirements at local sites
