Job Description
Hemingway's Brewery FNQ seeks a Head Brewer to take complete ownership of Cairns Wharf production, including core beers and Inner Sanctum releases. You will lead a small brewing team, manage yeast health, water chemistry, and packaging integrity while overseeing inventory and distribution to four venues and regional accounts.

You will oversee QA/QC, collaborate with venues on Brand Your Own Beer, and ensure top quality with safety and organisation at the forefront.
