About the company
n We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation on a short-term assignment, supporting a busy and varied recruitment portfolio.
n This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing recruitment processes end-to-end and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leaders.
About the role
n You'll provide end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio, with exposure to:

Corporate and professional recruitment
n
Executive appointments and senior-level hiring
n
Fundraising and specialist roles
n
International recruitment
n
Candidate sourcing, screening and assessment
n
Interview coordination and stakeholder management
n
Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment
n
Providing a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
n

Key Requirements
n
n




Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
n
Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
n
Confidence engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
n
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a rapid-paced environment
n
Experience using Employment Hero is highly desirable
n
Previous NFP or purpose-driven organisation experience is advantageous
n
Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial
n
