Job Description
Searson Buck Group is seeking an Account Manager to lead finance, payroll and business operations in a hands-on role for an SME. You'll supervise financial reporting, payroll, systems and reporting, while partnering with leadership to drive performance and process improvements.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll own the financial function, support reporting, payroll, systems and commercial decision-making, with opportunities to influence efficiency and governance across the business.
