Ant Packaging is hiring Packers and Machine Operators for their carbon-neutral factory in Bangalow, NSW.
About the role
n
Join our high-performing warehouse and production team providing customer solutions. Ant Packaging is hiring team members for inbound/outbound operations, packing, and loading goods. You'll receive training in production machine operations and work rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts. 24 hours per week; overtime available.

Receiving, sorting and dispatching goods.
n
Picking & packing.
n
Loading and unloading trucks & containers.
n
Maintain a neat and organised packing area.
n
Inspection of incoming & outgoing goods.
n
Adhere to all Australian workplace health and safety requirements and any site and job-specific safety policies and protocols.
n
Able to understand detailed instructions and work from procedures.
n
About You
n
We are looking for team members with experience in warehouse, manufacturing,



and distribution settings who can join and complement our current team. You will possess the following skills:
n
n
A forklift licence is preferred.
n
Strong attention to detail, with accurate reading and numeracy skills.
n
Valid driver's licence.
n
Be fit and reliable – some heavy lifting is involved.
n
Positive time management & organisational skills.
n
Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
n
