is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead the delivery of a landmark
$315M mixed-use development
based in
Castle Hill
.
n
This is a brand-new opportunity to take ownership of a complex project comprising
350 apartments with ground-floor retail
, delivering the project from early works through to completion.

End-to-end project delivery

Programme and construction management
n
Commercial and financial management
n
Client and stakeholder management
n
Design management
n
Procurement and subcontractor management
n
Leadership of project and site teams
n
Risk management
n
Safety, quality and programme delivery
n
Authority and consultant coordination
n
About You n
n
10+ years' construction industry experience
n
Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments




n
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
n
Experience delivering projects valued at $150M+
n
Tier 1, Tier 2 or developer-builder background
n
Solid commercial and contractual acumen
n
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams from commencement through to completion
n
