Number of Positions: 150 We are looking for Process Workers, Packers and Knife hands across our Boning Room, Kill Floor and Warehouse departments.
n
The work environment can be hot, cold (0–4°C in chilled areas), bloody and messy. The jobs are fast paced, repetitive and physically demanding. Required aptitudes for this role:
n

Ability to perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting up to *****kg
n
Ability to stand for long periods (8–10 hours per shift)
n
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
n
Ability to work at fast line speeds
n
Ability to follow strict hygiene, safety and QA procedures
n
Ability to safely use knives and trimming tools (training provided)
n
n




ROSTER Several rosters across a 7 day per week operation, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime. Day Shift: 5.00am to 3.30pm (4 on 4 off, and 3 on 3 off) – 9.5 hours Afternoon Shift: 4.00pm to *****am (5 on 2 off) – 7.6 hours Ordinary hours: ******* hours per week Overtime: Paid according to Award overtime provisions REMUNERATION

Base rate: Start from $***** per hour (Kilcoy Pastoral Company Limited Processing Enterprise Agreement ****)

Penalty rates apply for afternoon/evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
n
Overtime rates apply beyond ordinary hours
n
Allowances (e.g., knife allowance) apply in accordance with the Award
n
