Ready to be the welcoming face of a busy, award-winning naturopathic clinic in the Sutherland Shire? We're looking for an experienced
Receptionist/Allrounder
to join our passionate team and keep our front-of-house running smoothly.
n
This is a fast-paced, varied role best suited to someone who can juggle multiple tasks, stay organised (lists are your best friend!), and thrive in a busy environment while making every client feel at home.
n
Hourly rate: $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience
n
n
Minimum 3+ years recent Receptionist experience
n
Long-term casual position (approx. 20+ hours/week,
including Saturdays
)
n
Warm, reliable, and proactive with a can-do attitude
n
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
n
Confident on the phone with excellent customer service skills
n
Computer-savvy (Microsoft Office, rapid typing, confident with systems)
n
Preferred / Ideal Experience n
n
Experience in a
health/naturopathic
clinic
n
Familiarity with Cliniko CRM software (training provided)
n
Local to the Sutherland Shire (or within ***** minutes)
n
Role Responsibilities n
n




Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
n
Manage appointments, emails, payments, and daily tasks
n
Keep front-of-house organised and running efficiently
n
Prepare herbal and nutritional dispensary items
n
Support stock control, ordering, and admin tasks
n
Work closely with practitioners to maintain a calm, positive clinic environment
n
Ideal For Someone Who: n

Has a background in naturopathy or natural health
n
Has worked in a similar clinic environment
n
Is seeking a long-term casual role (2–3 shifts/week, with flexibility)
n
