3 month assignment - full time hours, with a view to extend

The role:
n As an Intensive Support Case Worker – Youth, you will engage directly with young people and their families to support safety, well-being, and positive development. You'll develop culturally responsive support plans, provide advocacy, and work collaboratively with community agencies.
n Your role involves case management, coordinating services, and promoting educational and health-related outcomes.



You will be instrumental in sustaining respectful networks and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements:
n
n
Diploma or higher in Child, Family and Youth Interventions, Community Services, Counselling, or equivalent
n
Experience in Aboriginal community health or welfare services with cultural competency
n
Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and case management skills
n
Knowledge of relevant legislation and youth-focused service delivery
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems
n
Current NT driver's licence and ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Ochre Card)
